The objective of this project is to monitor the monthly consumption of electricity, water and gas in Municipality of Lisbon buildings / installations, with the aim of studying solutions for the reduction of consumptions or the value of the invoice.

In the monitoring of the electric consumptions, it will be analyzed diagrams consumption of municipal facilities supplied in Medium Voltage, once they are available consumption figures fourth-set schedules that allow the definition of consumption profile of each facility and, along with the managers of buildings, identify opportunities for improvement efficiency.

This project consists of 6 phases:
1. Creating a database for the monthly consumptions;
2. Creating a tool for visualization and treatment of electric diagrams;
3. Detection of anomalies in the electrical supply to the installation;
4. Technical and economic analysis of the conversion of supplies from Low Voltage to Medium Voltage;
5. Detection of mismatches between the contracted power and energy consumed - EDP;
6. Critical analysis of the diagrams of consumption, together with those municipal responsible of the buildings.
